The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 9281 on 9/2/09, as the stock market traded lower one day after a major sell off started the worst month of the trading year. The Dow Jones Futures started the day slightly lower and fell about 20 points after a worse then expected ADP employment report. The stock market then traded up and down all day but ended the day slightly lower. Financials such as AIG and Citigroup turned green after opening down huge. Tomorrow morning we will have the initial jobless claims report which could be a market mover! Check out some of the events I will be watching for Thursday.
