The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 27,091 on 3/4/20, as the stock market snapped back nicely.  The Dow Jones gapped up 500 points and then advanced over 500 points more.  Expect more volatility going forward the low should be in.  As for my long term investments, I own Tesla (TSLA), Beyond Meat (BYND), Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), and Shake Shack (SHAK).  Check out my Top Stock Picks 2020.  I also updated my Stocks to Watch page.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 25,917 on 3/3/20, as the stock market saw another volatile day.  The Dow Jones reversed 700 points on an emergency Federal Reserve rate cut and then dropped 1,200 points before an afternoon rebound.  Expect more volatility going forward but you won't want to be caught in cash when we see the sustainable rebound that sticks.  As for my long term investments, I own Tesla (TSLA), Beyond Meat (BYND), Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), and Shake Shack (SHAK).  Check out my Top Stock Picks 2020.  I also updated my Stocks to Watch page.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 26,703 on 3/2/20, as the stock market rallied back in a big way.  The Dow Jones was lower by 400 points in pre market and then closed up over 1,300 points from the low.  There is still much more upside from here but there will be headline risk around the Coronavirus going forward.  I sold my SPCE today.  As for my long term investments, I own Tesla (TSLA), Beyond Meat (BYND), Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), and Shake Shack (SHAK).  Check out my Top Stock Picks 2020.  I also updated my Stocks to Watch page.

Stocks to Buy March 2020

March 2, 2020 - The S&P 500 dropped 14% in the final seven days in February with virtually no bounce.  The stock market has seen massive panic and selling around news of the Coronavirus which has seen a very low spread in the USA.  Below are some amazing stocks to buy if you are looking to put money to work or looking to switch into high quality growth stocks.

Beyond Meat (BYND) - Beyond Meat (BYND) blew away sales estimates on Thursday night but nothing gets rewarded during a stock market crash.  Beyond reported sales of $98.5 million vs $79.5 million expected and they are outselling competition 2-1.  BYND shares will soar in the 2nd half of 2020 as they continue to expand.  Buy BYND below $90 and hold for 5-10 years.

Tesla (TSLA) - Tesla (TSLA) reported another profitable quarter and shares have pulled back from $970 to $670.  There might be one more bad quarter in Q1 but expect massive sales and earnings into 2021-2022 where Tesla will be reporting jaw-dropping sales and earnings results.  Buy below $650 and hold for the next 5-10 years.

Direxion S&P 500 Bull 3x (SPXL) - SPXL is the S&P 500 on steroids so if you are bullish on the stock market long term, this is the ETF for you.  SPXL dropped from $76 to $45 and then back to $50.  Buy all you can below $55 and hold for the long term.

Disney (DIS) - The Disney brand has never been better and now they have Disney +.  DIS stock has dropped from $147 to $117 and also yields 1.5%.  Disney will snap back later in 2020 so this stock remains a strong long term buy and hold.

Other stocks to buy and hold for the long term - Shake Shack (SHAK), Amazon (AMZN), Slack (WORK), Chipotle (CMG), Starbucks (SBUX), Apple (AAPL).

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 25,409 on 2/28/20, as the stock market continues to be volatile.  The Dow Jones dropped over 1,000 points, rallied back to only down 300 at lunch, and then sold off again in the afternoon.  There has been a lot of buying of the S&P 500 below 2900 so I'm expecting a massive rally whenever we bottom.  The question is when and where....I'd say we rebound next week.  As for my long term investments, I own Shake Shack (SHAK), Beyond Meat (BYND), Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), Tesla (TSLA) and Virgin Galactic (SPCE).  Check out my Top Stock Picks 2020.  I also updated my Stocks to Watch page.
