Apple Inc. (AAPL) closed above the 50 day moving average on Tuesday which is very bullish. Apple is set to open up around $204.25 today. I now like pullbacks to the 10 day moving average as a short term buying price. On the upside, resistance will be located between $208-$211 but if Apple can close above this area, I have a strong feeling that it will break to a new 52 week high shortly after. If AAPL fails at $208 and falls below $200, it would set up a bearish head and shoulders pattern.

The BDI data is critical for how the DryBulk Shipping Stocks such as DryShips Inc ( DRYS ), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (EXM), Diana Shipping Inc ( DSX ), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited ( GNK ), TBS International Limited ( TBSI ), Navios Maritime ( NM ), Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. ( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS continues to trend higher spiking above $68 on Tuesday. The next major resistance level is located at $70, a close above this level would be bullish. If we see another correction, I'd be a buyer of FAS below $64.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG failed to break last weeks high at $28.65 but is still showing strength on a daily basis. For a trade, I'd be a buyer of AIG on a break above $27.90 and add to my position on a break above $28.65.

Samson Oil & Gas Limited (SSN) - Samson Oil & Gas continues It's parabolic run lately. The stock has resistance at $0.53 and then $o.59 but then it would be off to the races. Keep an eye on SSN

Sequenom Inc. (SQNM) - We have a big short squeeze in shares of Sequenom Inc. this afternoon. Resistance is located between $5.80-$6.00

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research In Motion Ltd. were weak on Tuesday morning but fought back through out the trading day. Resistance on the upside is located between $71.60 - $72.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) - Shares of SIRIUS XM Radio Inc continue to trend higher. I am watching resistance located at $0.95 & $1.00. If SIRI breaks above $1.00, I expect a huge break out to occur.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD is trading back above $8 again but still has resistance located around $8.20. I am also watching the 50 day moving average at $8.66, if AMD can close above that level, I think it could run back into the $9's quickly.

Alcoa, Inc. (AA) - Shares of Alcoa, Inc. are trading right along with the 10 day moving average. If Alcoa can close back above $13.89, I think the stock could run back into the $15's

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation is trading back above $15 again which is very bullish. The stock is also back over the 10 & 200 day moving averages. Bank of America stock will have resistance between $15.50-$15.60 so if it gets back up there, expect a stalling period.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. were hit pretty hard on Tuesday. Support is located at $0.64 and $0.53. If Cell Therapeutics, Inc. break above $0.80, I would be buying the stock but keeping a tight stop.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.12 - Resistance = $1.28

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.91 - Resistance $1.00

Citigroup (NYSE:C) closed above the $3.24-$3.27 resistance zone yesterday and is gapping up to $3.36 in pre market trading today. The next major resistance level is located at the 50 day moving average ( $3.45 ). Citigroup has not closed above this moving average since October. If Citigroup does close above this level, I am expecting the volume to come back and shorts to start to cover. Support is now located between $3.11-$3.21.

It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 2/17/10 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.229% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.251%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.171%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, February 17, 2010. While the overnight and 1 month libor rates stayed the same, the 3 month libor rate went higher.

Ford (NYSE:F) has been closing right around the 10 day moving average lately and is in a classic flag formation. If Ford closes back above $11.50 again, I think it could test the 52 week high of $12.14. I'd be a buyer of a pullback to $10.50 with a tight stop at $10.39. Ford stock is not overbought like it was back in December and January so if it does begin to run, I think it will have some real legs.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10269 on 2/16/10, as the stock market soared on strength out of the commodities market. The Dow Jones Futures were up around 70 points in pre market and when the stock market opened, Gold and Oil prices soared. We also saw major buying in the financials which is very bullish!

The Dow Jones is now trading between at the top end of the resistance zone located between 10,200 - 10,300. I also see resistance at the 50 day moving average (10,377 ). If the Dow Jones can close above this level, we could see a massive short squeeze and run back to retest 10,600 and maybe even the recent highs.
