Apple Inc. (AAPL) is trading at $202 in pre market so It's looking great! The stock closed over $200 on Friday and is now testing the 50 day moving average. If Apple can close back over the 50 day moving average, I feel that it can retest the $211 - $215.59 resistance zone. Pullbacks to the 10 day moving average ( around $196) are now a strong buy in my book. As always, keep a tight stop at $190.

Citigroup (NYSE:C) is trading at $3.23 in pre market as the futures are up nicely. The stock continues to hold the $3.13-$3.15 level despite breaking it for a split second last week. Resistance continues to be located between $3.24-$3.27, a close above this area would be a buy signal. I will also add more Citigroup stock to my portfolio when it closes above the 50 day moving average.

The BDI data is critical for how the DryBulk Shipping Stocks such as DryShips Inc ( DRYS ), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (EXM), Diana Shipping Inc ( DSX ), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited ( GNK ), TBS International Limited ( TBSI ), Navios Maritime ( NM ), Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. ( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. Stocks to Watch - 2/16/10 - Stock Market Investing Ideas

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS continues to be the #1 stock I look to trade on a daily basis. FAS is showing some major resistance located between $65.75-$66.50. Support is located between $62-$63. I am now out of this stock completely and will look to buy on a close above $66 or on a dip below $60.

Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SNSS) - Shares of Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. rallied Friday on a Buy upgrade out of Jefferies. The stock broke out on heavy volume which is bullish. Resistance is located at the 50 day moving average ( $1.13 ).

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG seems to be stabilizing after a retest of $25 Friday morning. Resistance is located at the 50 day moving average ( $27.80 ) and $28.65.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research In Motion Ltd. received two upgrades on Friday and the stock is now trading back above It's 200 day moving average. I feel the next stop is $75-$80 within the next couple weeks. All major pullbacks are a strong buy.

Athersys, Inc. (ATHX) - Shares of Athersys, Inc. broke $3.45 on Friday which is bullish. Resistance is located at $4.00, and a break above this level will get me back in for a trade. I also like all pullbacks below $3.00.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) - Shares of SIRIUS XM Radio Inc continue to trend higher. I am watching resistance located at $0.95 & $1.00. If SIRI breaks above $1.00, I expect a huge break out to occur.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD is basing after recovering from the huge downfall lately. I would view a break above $8.20 as very bullish and I'd expect additional upside.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation continues to test the 200 day moving average but fail to close above it. BAC is now trading below all three major moving averages which is bearish. Support between $14.11 - $14.25 must hold or the selling will really start to pick up. At this point, I will wait to buy Bank of America stock until it closes back above $15 and add more on a close back above $15.50. BAC should really do well during the 2nd half of 2010.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. closed at the lows on Friday but still remains above support at $0.70. I am watching the recent high of $0.80, if the stock breaks above this level, look out above! The real fireworks will happen when CTIC breaks above $1.24

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.12 - Resistance = $1.28

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.91 - Resistance $1.00

It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 2/16/10 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.229% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.250%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.171%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, February 16, 2010. While the overnight and 1 month libor went down, the 3 month libor rate stayed the same.
