( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. Resistance Levels: $197, $211, $214, $215.59

Apple Inc. (AAPL) broke two key support levels on Friday but managed to hold $190. The next two major support levels that must hold are $188.68 & $185. If Apple would close below $185, a technical breakdown would occur and I feel the stock would go much lower. I would then be looking to add to my long term stock position possibly in the $170's. On the upside, I would also like Apple if the stock closed back over both the 10 & 50 day moving averages located around $204.

1 and 3 Month Libor Rates 2/1/10 Today's Libor Rates

It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 2/1/10 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.229% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.249%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.171%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, February 1, 2010. While the 1 & 3 month libor rates stayed the same, the overnight libor rate went down.

Citigroup Stock Chart - The following is a little Citigroup Inc. ( C ) stock technical analysis for February 1, 2010

Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) Support & Resistance Levels - 2/1/10

Resistance Levels: $3.60, $3.66, $3.70

Support Levels: $3.20, $3.13, $3.00

Citigroup (NYSE:C) closed just above the 10 day moving average on Friday amidst crappy stock market conditions. Citigroup stock appears as though it has bottomed due to a lower high at $3.14 which was bullish. There is now a strong double bottom in place between $3.13-$3.14 and I still think this area will hold on a closing basis. If Citigroup closes back below $3.13, expect a flood of selling to hit the stock. On the upside, I now think the stock could retest the 50 day moving average currently located at $3.66 but falling.

General Electric Co. (GE) remains very strong during this recent stock market sell off. The stock is finding resistance around the 10 day moving average but is also finding support just above the 50 day moving average. As long as General Electric stays above the 50 day, I like the stock in the short term. As for the longer term, I feel GE can get back to $22-$25 toward the end of 2010. I'd be a buyer of any pullbacks under $15 if the opportunity presented Itself.

Stocks to Watch - 2/1/10 - Stock Market Investing Ideas

Conolog Corp. (CNLG) - Shares of Conolog Corp. were on fire Friday after the stock got a pop on Wednesday due to the following news - Conolog Announces Start of Production of its "GlowWorm" Fiber Optic Detector. Resistance is located at $2.75...if CNLG breaks this level, it has a chance to run.

Blockbuster Inc. (BBI) - Shares of Blockbuster Inc were up nicely on Friday after Movie Gallery could be preparing to file bankruptcy. BBI is a stock to watch in the coming weeks but I do feel that Blockbuster will ultimately file for bankruptcy one day. The real trade here would be to buy Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) or Coinstar Inc. (CSTR) which owns Redbox. Another stock to watch would be Sonic Solutions (SNIC) which powers digital movie distribution.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) - Sirius XM Radio Inc exploded to the upside Friday morning after closing above $0.70 last week. Resistance is now located at $0.90 but if SIRI can push up into the $0.90's, I feel it could retest $1.00 or above.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM briefly broke above $65 on Friday but then pulled back hard. With this, I still only own half of my original long term position. I plan to buy back if RIMM breaks below $60 in the coming months.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD continues the downtrend with the stock market after reporting some nice earnings. Support at $7.50 could not hold on Friday so I look for the $6.75-$7 area to be tested. I would then buy AMD for a bounce trade / swing trade.

Alcoa, Inc. (AA) - Alcoa Inc bounced of the 200 day moving average on Thursday and now appears very strong. The 200 day moving average is now up to $12.29.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS continues to break major support levels as the stock market falls. The baltic dry index has also been very weak lately. The next major support level is located at $5.50 followed by $4.90. I plan to buy DRYS the next time it breaks through the high of the day.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG actually showed some nice strength on Friday despite the stock market sell off. Resistance remains at $26.02 and I would be a buyer on a break above that level for a trade.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation has actually been really strong but the stock market correction is to much to handle right now for this stock. When things get better, BAC will be one of the best financial stocks to buy. Resistance is now between $15.52-$15.59. A close above $15.52 would be very bullish going forward.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS continues to pop and then drop. I like pullbacks under $69 to buy as a swing trade. I plan to get even more aggressive under $67 next week if the opportunity presents itself. I would be unloading these shares in the $70's.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.12 - Resistance = $1.28

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.91 - Resistance $1.10
