Stocks to Buy 11/10/09 November 10, 2009

Monday, during regular trading hours, there were many stocks that continued to break out to the upside. Below is a list of stocks that are worth watching for November 10, 2009. Stocks to Watch - 11/10/09 - Stock Market Ideas

CEL-SCI Corp. (CVM) - CVM jumped on more new released by the company on Monday morning. The stock now trades over the 50 day moving average which is very bullish. Resistance is located at $1.50 & $1.60, a break above those two levels will bring in the buyers.
CVM has support around $1.28-$1.30.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG is trading back over the 10 day moving average as of Monday afternoon. I would go short for a trade on a break below $35.88 and would buy the stock if it broke $36.62. I would take a long term position if the stock closed over the 50 day moving average located at $40.81.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM spiked higher Monday morning after falling on a downgrade. This alone caused me to add more shares to my long term portfolio. Around noon, RIMM released news on their App Store. The stock then shot up over $61. RIMM now trades over the 10 day moving average at $59.55 which is bullish. The stock is still below the 200 day moving average at $65.80. I plan to buy more when the stock closed back above that level.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is trading well above the 10 day moving average which is now $71.60. With the stock market hitting new highs, I am expecting FAS to test $79-$80 again soon. If there is a sharp pullbacks back to the 10 day, I will be a buyer.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation is another stock breaking back above the 10 day moving average. The next major resistance level is located all the way up at $16.68. If the stock trades back below $15, I think it is a solid buy

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - Support = $14.90 - Resistance = $16.60, $17.20

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - Drys is trading back above the 200 day moving average ( $6.16 ). If the stock can hold this level several days, you could see another buying surge to $6.60-$6.80. I plan to add more shares when the stock closes back over $7.00.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.10 - Resistance = $1.27, $1.35

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.00 - Resistance $1.20

The BDI data is critical for how the DryBulk Shipping Stocks such as DryShips Inc ( DRYS ), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd( EXM ), Diana Shipping Inc ( DSX ), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited ( GNK ), TBS International Limited ( TBSI ), Navios Maritime ( NM ), Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. ( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. 1 and 3 Month Libor Rates 11/9/09 Today's Libor Rates

It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 11/9/09 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.239% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.273%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.178%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, November 9, 2009. While the overnight libor rate stayed the went higher, the 1 and 3 month libor rates dropped.

Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) Support & Resistance Levels - 11/9/09

Resistance Levels: $4.11, $4.17, $4.51

Support Levels: $3.80, $3.57

Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) continues to find a bottom here around $4.00. $3.80 is the support level I am watching on the downside, if the stock breaks through that level, it could get very ugly. On the upside, Citigroup hasn't closed over the 10 day moving average in 16 trading sessions. A close back over the 10 day would be bullish and I will buy the stock for a trade. As far as my long term account, I plan to add more Citigroup when it closes over the 50 day moving average at $4.51. I will also add to my long term holdings when the stock closes $5.00.
