FAB Universal (FU) Stock Halted Since November 2013 - @Stockstobuy -  

January 6, 2014 - Shares of FAB Universal (FU) are still halted for new pending almost 2 months after the actual trading halt, code T1.  FU stock will not open for trading until they clear things up with the NYSE/AMEX exchange.  There have been countless lawsuits stating that FAB Universal scammed investors.

General Motors GMGMQ Stock Halted 7/15/09

July 15, 2009 - Shares of General Motors Corporation (GMGMQ.PK) are still halted today leaving many traders and investors very stressed as their funds are frozen in GM stock.

There has been no word out of FINRA on when or if shares of GMGMQ will reopen and resume trading as Motors Liquidation Company.

The New General Motors Corp is expected to come out with an IPO mid 2010. GM warned investors for the past month that GMGMQ will likely get wiped out with the bankruptcy.

General Motors Trading Halt Update 7/14/09

July 14, 2009 - On Friday, General Motors Corporation (GMGMQ.PK) stock was halted just after 2pm EST by FINRA. Investors and Traders seemed to be buying GMGMQ stock when they saw GM emerge from bankruptcy to form a new company.

GMGMQ trades as the old bankrupt company called " Motors Liquidation Company." The new General Motors will not IPO until atleast mid 2010 and shareholders of GMGMQ will not get any shares of that IPO.

FINRA suspended trading Friday and it is unclear whether the halt will be lifted or if the shares will be cancelled all together.

General Motors has had this statement on their website fort several weeks and also released a PR telling people to stop buying their stock because it will soon be worthless.

General Motors GMGMQ Stock Halted 7/10/09

GM stock finally going to be suspended? Shares of General Motors Corporation (GMGMQ.PK) have been halted on the pink sheets exchanges at 2:17pm EST on Friday - July 10, 2009. It is not clear whether these shares will be cancelled now that the new GM has emerged. The CFO was on CNBC earlier in the day and stated that they will review market conditions and a GM IPO could be coming by April 2010.

Cell Therapeutics CTIC Stock Halted - News Pending

This afternoon, 6/1/09, Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) stock has been halted for news pending. The company will be presenting at the ASCO conference today so i'm assuming this has something to do with the halt.

Pixantrone Significantly Increases Complete Remissions, Overall Response Rates, Frequency of Durable Remissions and Progression Free Survival in Patients with Relapsed and Refractory Aggressive Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma


Cell Therapeutics, Inc. ("CTI") (Nasdaq and MTA: CTIC) announced today that at the 2009 American Society for Clinical Oncology ("ASCO") Annual Meeting for the first time since the top-line data were released, complete pivotal phase III results of CTI's EXTEND (PIX 301) clinical trial of pixantrone (the "PIX 301 EXTEND trial") in relapsed or refractory aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma ("NHL") were presented by Principal Investigator, Ruth Pettengell, M.D. of St. George's Hospital, University of London, the lead investigator for the PIX 301 EXTEND trial who presented the study at ASCO.

"Anthracycline-related drugs can be effective salvage agents in aggressive NHL, but our use of them is limited by the significant increase in risk of cardiac failure associated with high cumulative doses of these drugs," said Dr. Pettengell. "These results represent a breakthrough in that pixantrone could extend our ability to use a highly active anthracycline-like drug in such patients and deserves to be examined in anthracycline naive patients as a potential alternative to currently available standard anthracycline drugs." Citigroup C Stock Halted 3/19/09 March 19, 2009

Citigroup ( C ) stock is halted this morning for news pending. The stock last traded at $3.42 and it could have something to do with the proxy news released earlier or it will be an additional press release.

Ok....Citigroup is opening back up at $3.20....it was from the above news. Also, CEO Pandit wants to do a 10 million renovation to his office.....this should be interesting!!
