Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) dropped back to the 10 day moving average Tuesday as the financials lagged the stock market. I am expecting $4.19 to hold but would start to be concerned if Citigroup closed below $4.15. Resistance continues to be located at $4.31, a break close above that level would be very bullish. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10434 on 11/24/09, as the stock market traded down big at the open but roared back to flat throughout the day. It was another low volume trading session which is to be expected as we enter the Holiday season. The Dow Jones Futures were flat in pre market but the stock market tanked in first hour of trading because of a strong US Dollar. By afternoon, stocks staged a nice rebound and actually traded slightly higher at one point. The week of Thanksgiving continues to one of the best weeks of the year. I expect a great Wednesday and Friday.

Tomorrow we will receive the Initial Jobless Claims data one day early due to Thanksgiving on Thursday.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - SEED gapped higher and ran a bit Tuesday morning but then sold off. I could not find any shares to short all day which was behind my sell-off thesis Monday night. The fact that there wasn't that much selling pressure helped the stock remain strong. Support is $9.80 while resistance continues to be located at $12-$12.09. Check out my SEED Technical Analysis.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - NLST had a little run of It's own Tuesday, bouncing off $6.20 and running into the $7's. Resistance is located at $7.30 while support is located at $6.00. I would be buying a break above $7.30 and shorting a break below $6.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) - Green Mountain Coffee has finally come down to a reasonable price but at a cost. The company upped their bid for Diedrich Coffee Inc. (DDRX) Tuesday to $32 per share. This bid matches the Peet's Coffee & Tea Inc. (PEET) offer. Why the bidding war? K Cup's! The K Cup business has been booming lately and it is very lucrative. K Cups are a single serving a coffee used in the Keurig Coffee makers. If you stay at any 4 star hotels, you probably use the K Cup single serve coffee everyday.

If GMCR falls below $60, I will be buying the stock. Also, keep your eye on Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (CBOU) which is also a takeover candidate! CBOU is also in the K Cup business.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Looking to add more RIMM to my portfolio when the stock closes above $61. Earnings are due out in three weeks.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS hit $6.05 again Tuesday and then staged a nice reversal back to $6.31. This could be the sign of a short term bottom. Stay tuned!

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG continues to trade below It's 50 day moving average now located at $40.10. The volume has also died down completely. I am waiting for the next big price break out with heavy volume to jump back in. I would also buy more if the stock closed back above the 50 day moving average. $33 support must hold!

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation continues to be strong after putting in a trading bottom several weeks ago at $14.12. Resistance is located at the 50 day moving averge ( $16.51 ) and the high two weeks ago at $16.62.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS hit $75 Tuesday after a morning sell off. I would only be buying FAZ for a trade if FAS broke below $74.14. Resistance on FAS is back at $77.50.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS appears to be getting ready to close below $16 on Tuesday. The next major support level to watch is located at $15. I would be buying LVS when the stock break back above $16.20.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.09 - Resistance = $1.22. $1.27

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.95 - Resistance $1.07

The BDI data is critical for how the DryBulk Shipping Stocks such as DryShips Inc ( DRYS ), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (EXM), Diana Shipping Inc ( DSX ), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited ( GNK ), TBS International Limited ( TBSI ), Navios Maritime ( NM ), Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. ( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. As you probably know, the Dry Bulk Shipping index can tell you a lot about the state of the World Economy. When Bulk Shipping Rates are at all time highs, the World Economy is outstanding. When Bulk Shipping Rates are as low as they have been lately, it signifies that the world trade has come to a screeching halt

General Electric Co. (GE) closed above the 10 & 50 day moving averages on Monday, a very bullish sign! JP Morgan is out with some bullish comments today and reiterate their overweight rating on the stock. Price Target is $17

In my opinion, If GE closes back over $17.52, I would expect a retest of $20 to follow.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) exploded yesterday as most of you know. The stock closed at It's highs of the day which is bullish for today but I am expecting some profit taking on Tuesday. If SEED does get some additional momentum Tuesday, I feel the stock could hit $12 and then begin the sell off. Keep an eye on support at around $9.80. It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 11/24/09 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.236% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.261%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.179%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, November 24, 2009. While the overnight and 1 month libor rates stayed the same, the 3 month Libor Rates dropped.
