Apple (AAPL) Stock Analysis 8/24/15 August 24, 2015 - @Stockstobuy -

Apple (AAPL) stock dropped with the stock market on Friday but shares are now a strong buy.  Apple (AAPL) has over $200 billion in cash and is buying back a lot of stock so I would be aggressively buying hand over fist.  The stock was almost a bubble in the $130's and I was calling Apple (AAPL) a strong sell but now at $106 the stock is a strong buy.  Anything below $110 from here on a out is a strong buy.  We will be watching AAPL in the stock picks group.

Stock Market Close August 21, 2015 - The stock market had one of it's worst closes since 2011 as the death cross is scared a lot of people.  Media outlets such as CNBC will cite growth concerns but our economy is doing just fine.  The fact of the matter is Oil crashed which caused China to crash.  With these two factors already making investors nervous, the chart for the Dow Jones, S&P 500, NASDAQ, and Russell 2000 are seeing bearish technicals which was a sell signal.

Dow Jones Industrial Average ( DJIA ) Close - 16459.75 Down 530.94
Nasdaq Stock Market Close - 4706.04 Down 171.45
S&P 500 Close - 1970.89 Down 64.84

Stocks to Buy 2015

Below is a list of stocks to buy in 2015.  With the stock market tanking, we are seeing some good stocks to buy out there and if you take action now, you will see a solid return by Christmas 2015.  Remember, Volatility = Opportunity.  With this volatility index approaching 30, we are overdue for a big snap back rally.  For more trading ideas, check out my Stock Picks Group.


Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X ETF (TNA) ($70) - TNA is basically a 3x bull ETF of the Russell 2000 index.  TNA is a strong buy in the $60's and could see $85 again in 2015.

Apple (AAPL) ($105.76) - With my #2 stock to buy in 2015, take a look at Apple (AAPL).  AAPL was just $117 last week but as fallen off a cliff.  With $203 billion in the bank and a large buyback, Apple is a strong buy below $110.  We could easily see $117-$125 by the end of 2015.

ProShares UltraPro Dow30 (UDOW) ($55.69) - UDOW is a 3x Dow Jones ETF.  I'm looking for a Santa Claus rally into year end so I expect UDOW to reach $65-$70.

Twitter (TWTR) ($25.87) - Wall St hates TWTR but I love it below $27.  I feel that the company will finally deliver solid earnings in October 2015 so TWTR below $26 is a down right steal.

Direxion Daily S&P500 Bull 3X ETF (SPXL) ($76.53) - SPXL below $80, are you kidding me?  A 2015 Santa Claus rally will take this bull ETF back to $90 in a heartbeat.  If you are bullish on the S&P 500 long term, SPXL is a stock to buy in 2015.

Twitter (TWTR) stock held up well during Friday's big sell off.  TWTR bounced off $25.51 Friday morning and then surged 5% to $26.74 while the Dow Jones was down 350 points.  Twitter (TWTR) is now back to the IPO price point which nobody has seen except the early IPO investors.

Twitter (TWTR) is very cheap at these levels and the CEO announcement could come any week now.  I'm expecting the stock to see a nice lift when the company makes the announcement but you will want to continue to sell all big rallies and then wait to buy back lower.

Twitter (TWTR) has been one of the best trading stocks on Wall St in 2015 but if you were greedy and didn't sell, you are down a ton.  I'm back to a full position and will again be looking to sell into the next big rally.

 We will be watching TWTR and buying it in the stock picks group.

Tesla (TSLA) has been tanking lately due to the volatile stock market.  When volatility spikes and Wall St. is in a panic, they dump almost everything and the high beta stocks like Tesla (TSLA) seem to sell off the most.

Tesla (TSLA) hit $260 last week because of the $465 Morgan Stanley upgrade so I viewed this pullback as an excellent buying opportunity.  Tesla stock is a strong buy between $220-$230 if we see more downside.

Voltari (VLTC) - VLTC is one of the top stocks in 2015, Up over 1100%.  More.....

The stock market - The stock market seems to be crashing right now but this is normal volatility in a bull market.  The fact that we haven't had a 5-10% correction for nearly a year has everyone in panic mode.  Expect the S&P 500, NASDAQ, and Dow Jones to rebound soon.  Watch for big reversals in TNA, UDOW, and SPXL.  More.....

Voltari (VLTC) - Voltari (VLTC) was very strong in a down market on Friday.  The stock has wild swings and can move either direction quickly.  VLTC will have support at $7.60 and resistance up at $8.50.

Twitter (TWTR) - Twitter (TWTR) was flat Friday but was up 3% at one point when the stock market was crashing.  A CEO announcement could come any day or week at this point.   TWTR is a buy below $26.

UDOW, TNA, SPXL - These ETF's are great buys and worth watching when the stock market is dropping hard

Shake Shack (SHAK) - SHAK bounced from $46-$50 and then was super volatile all day long.  SHAK is a strong buy below $48.

Aoxing Pharma (AXN) - AXN is the top penny stock in 2015.  Resistance is located at $1.90.

Earnings August 25, 2015 - In the stock picks group, we will be watching key earnings in 2015.  Best Buy (BBY) will be releasing a critical earnings report on Thursday.  If I like what I see, I will be looking to buy.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16460 on 8/21/15, as the stock market tanked again.  We haven't seen a 5% or 10% correction since October so this was very overdue. Use further downside to buy stocks such as TNA, SPXL, SHAK, TWTR, or UDOW.   Keep an eye on earnings from Best Buy (BBY) tonight.   We will be watching this stock closely in the stock picks group.
