The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16049 on 9/29/15, as the stock market continues to be volatile. The stock market continues to be jittery after the Federal Reserve failed to raise interest rates a few weeks ago. This adds uncertainty to our economy and should spark a rally when they actually do raise rates. Bullish stock market ETF's like TNA, SPXL, and UDOW are now a strong buy if we see more downside.
