Mosaic Co. (MOS) - Mosaic Co. (MOS) was down afterhours after Cargill announced they plan to spin off their stake in the company. Mosaic Co. (MOS) was down $1.20 in afterhours.

Intel Corporation (INTC) - Intel Corporation (INTC) was flat on Tuesday after the company reported better than expected earnings last Thursday night. INTC has resistance located at $21.50.

Sprint Nextel Corp. (S) - Sprint Nextel Corp. (S) was back over the 200 day moving average in afterhours on Tuesday. Sprint Nextel Corp. has support down around $4.38-$4.40 and is a buy below this level. S stock will have resistance up at the $4.60 area.

SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) - SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) hit a new 52 week high in afterhours Tuesday after the Apple earnings quarter. SNDK will have resistance located at $53.60 during regular trading on Wednesday.

Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) - Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) broke above $95 on Tuesday and hit a fresh 52 week high. CAT stock now has resistance located at $100.
