Below is a list of stocks to buy on Tuesday.  These stocks are active and have the potential to break out this week.

Apple (AAPL) - Apple (AAPL) stock popped another 2% Monday after the  price target was upped to $525.  The stock is rising on heavy volume which usually tells us the big boys are loading up.  Watch $462 which will put AAPL in bull market territory.

Kodiak Oil & Gas (KOG) - Kodiak Oil & Gas (KOG) stock is back to $8.  KOG is a strong buy below $7.40.

ProShares Ultra Silver (AGQ) - ProShares Ultra Silver (AGQ) is now trading in the $26's and is now moving sideways.  AGQ will have resistance in the low $27's.

Netflix (NFLX) - Netflix (NFLX) stock is showing signs of a breakdown as the stock tested $204 on Monday.  NFLX will have support around $200 per share.  Also keep an eye on HGSH & KERX which are the hottest stocks in 2013 above $2.  Biggest Gainers 2013

Ecotality (ECTY) - ECOtality, Inc. (ECTY) is the top penny stock in 2013 - ECTY will have resistance at $1.66 this week.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) - Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) is now trading up around $370.  CMG is a buy if we ever see a pullback below $280.

Apple (AAPL) 2014 Price Target Raised to $525 - Barclays

Shares of Apple (AAPL) are higher by 1% to $454.30 this morning after Barclays raised the 2014 price target to $525 from $465.  Apple (AAPL) stock has jumped almost $70 per share off the $385 bottom just three weeks ago. Apple delivered it's first earnings beat in three quarters and provided a revenue beat as well.  The company slashed guidance which caused most analysts to cut their price targets.  Now that the stock has been rising, analysts might scramble to raise price targets on Apple (AAPL) again.  This is how the Wall St analysts game works.

Facebook (FB) stock is on fire again in May 2013.  The company recently reported earning that missed but guidance and mobile revenue were great.  Jim Cramer even thinks Facebook (FB) was one of the best earnings reports so far.  I think iRobot (IRBT) reported the best earnings so far.  The company almost reported a 90% earnings beat and raised guidance by a mile.  That is a story for another day.  Back to Facebook (FB) stock analysis.

FB stock recently bounced near $25 which is near the 200 day moving average.  The 10 day is now breaking above the 50 day which is a short term buy signal.  Expect Facebook (FB) to rally back to $30-$32 in the next three months.  Long term, if FB can close above $33.50, I believe the stock can test the IPO price of $40.  FB stock is a strong buy in 2013/2014 below $26.

(ECTY) is the top penny stock to buy in 2013.  Shares have surged over 241% in 2013 but they are off the highs.  If ECTY drops another 10% to around $1.35, look to buy for a quick rebound.  Just make sure you sell because penny stocks are risky and only good for trading.

Real Goods Solar, Inc. (RSOL) - Real Goods Solar, Inc. (RSOL) has been the top solar penny stock to buy in 2013.  Shares are currently up 150% to $1.90.  Solar stocks alone have been red hot with First Solar (FSLR) rising 49% in 2013.  If FSLR continues to jump, look for people to continue to buy RSOL.
