Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 6/23/14 June 23, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 6/23/14 June 23, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) dropped down near $63 on Friday but rallied back to close positive.  Facebook (FB) will likely be range-bound until the company releases earnings in July and everything checks out.  Until then, buy Facebook (FB) if we see another huge drop below $60.

Facebook (FB) is a great company but they will need to continue to destroy estimates to advance since the market cap is so big.  If user growth starts to drop, look out below.

Facebook (FB) is back trading above $63 this week and is above all three major moving averages which is bullish.  Facebook (FB) will likely be range-bound until they release their earnings report in July and everything checks out.  Until then, buy Facebook (FB) if we see another huge drop below $58.

Facebook (FB) is a great company but they will need to continue to destroy estimates to advance since the market cap is so big.  If user growth starts to drop, look out below.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/20/14 May 20, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/20/14 May 20, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) rallied back up near $60 on Monday and is looking good once again.  Facebook (FB) has made a series of lower highs recently so the stock will need to break $60.89 to really start a new uptrend.  On the downside, FB has support at $57.31.

Facebook (FB) is a great company but they will need to continue to destroy estimates to advance since the market cap is so big.  If user growth starts to drop, look out below.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/19/14 May 19, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/19/14 May 19, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) dropped with the stock market on Friday and hit a low of $57.31.  Shares of Facebook (FB) continue to go on a roller coaster ride.  Right now the trend is sideways but the technicals are starting to improve.  FB needs to hold the rising 200 day moving average and close above $61.78 which is the 50 day moving average.  Until then, continue to buy dips, sell rallies.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/14/14 May 14, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/14/14 May 14, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) rallied back above $60 on Tuesday and is looking strong once again.  Facebook (FB) needs to climb back above it's 50 day moving average located around $62.50 for shorts to cover and drive the stock even higher.  If not, FB could easily drop back to $57-$58.  Long term, I like the stock below $55.  Resistance is located between $64-$65.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/5/14 May 5, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 5/5/14 May 5, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) closed above the 10 day moving average for the second day in row after bouncing near $55 again last week.  At this point, you want to continue to buy the big dips and sell into the rallies.  Facebook (FB) will have support between $54-$55 with resistance between $62-$63.  A close above $64 will be bullish and the stock can probably rally up to $65-$67.  With a $155 billion market cap, there is only limited room to the upside because of the size of this company.  If you are looking to buy large cap tech, buy Google (GOOG) or if you want high growth tech, buy TWTR.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 4/28/14 April 28, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 4/28/14 April 28, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock is trading below $58 in pre market today and isn't really bouncing with the market.  Facebook (FB) saw a massive rally in the last two weeks, bouncing off $55.88 and hitting $65 in pre market on Thursday.  If $55.88 doesn't hold, there is risk that FB will retest the 200 day moving average located around $52.  All eyes will now be on earnings from Twitter (TWTR) on Tuesday.  If TWTR reports blow out earnings and the stock rallies, FB will see a bounce.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 4/25/14 April 25, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 4/25/14 April 25, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock was all over the place on Thursday after the company reported stronger than expected earnings.  Facebook (FB) hit $64.99 in pre market, dropped below $60, and then rallied back to $63.  After that, FB sold off below $61.  At this point, the stock cannot be trusted for the long term until it closes back above $65.  As for a trade, buy dips below $60, sell into rallies.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 4/14/14 April 14, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock held up well last week as shares were up 3%.  I think worst of the damage has been done to Facebook (FB) but now all eyes will shift to earnings and two weeks.  Facebook (FB) will need to beat earnings, raise guidance, and the stock will need to close above $63.18.  Facebook (FB) will have support at $57.31 & $57.17 this week.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 3/3/14 March 3, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 3/3/14 March 3, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock hit a top last week in the $71's.  Facebook (FB) has been selling off ever since and continue to look weak.  Since FB closed below the 10 day moving average on Friday, the stock could be getting ready to retest the 50 day moving average.  Facebook (FB) is a buy between $64-$65 for a rebound trade.  Long term, buy below $60.   We will be looking for trading opportunities in the Stock Picks Group for sure!

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 2/27/14 February 27, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 2/27/14 February 27, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock hit a new all time high today at $71.22 before pulling back to $70.  Facebook (FB) is expensive above $70 and the company now sports a market cap of $175 billion.  Facebook (FB) is due for a correction but the stock may hit $75 first.  I would not hold this stock into earnings in April given the high share price.  Lofty expectations are already priced into the stock. We will be looking for trading opportunities in the Stock Picks Group for sure!

Facebook (FB) stock hit a new all time high on Friday located at $67.58.  Facebook (FB) will now have support at $66.  FB will have resistance located at $70.  I eventually think Facebook (FB) will hit $70 before next earnings period and view all major corrections as a buying opportunity.  We will be looking for trading opportunities in the Stock Picks Group for sure!

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 1/14/14 January 14, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock dropped below $56 on Monday after the stock market tanked.  Facebook (FB) is still up a ton since the $43's two months ago.  In a few weeks, Facebook (FB) must report better than expected earnings and raise guidance in order for the stock to rally.  Facebook will report earnings January 29, 2014.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 1/7/14 January 7, 2014

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 1/7/14 January 7, 2014 -

Facebook (FB) stock was upgraded for the 2nd time in 2014, this time with a $60 price target.  Facebook (FB) will now need to live up to the hype by beating earnings and raising guidance.  FB is now a 135 billion company and I just think growth will slow in the coming years so be cautious.

Buy Facebook (FB) on a drop below $46 if earnings disappoint or buy YELP.

FB will have resistance at $58.58.

Facebook (FB) Stock Analysis 12/23/13 December 23, 2013 -

Facebook (FB) stock continues to rise even after the strong insider selling announced this week.  Facebook (FB) is a sell into earnings because I don't believe the valuation support the high stock price.  FB is now a 135 billion company and I just think growth will slow in the coming years.

Buy Facebook (FB) on a drop below $46 if earnings disappoint or buy YELP.

FB will have resistance at $56.
