Genetic Technologies (GENE) Stock Down in Pre Market

Genetic Technologies (GENE) stock is down 8% to $5.20 in pre market trading today after shares surged 151% to $5.67 on Wednesday.  The company announced it had filed a provisional patent for its COVID-19 Severity Risk Test with the Patent Office in Australia.

Right after the news announced yesterday, GENE stock jumped to $3.10, up 38% but later soared on heavy volume to over $10 per share.

Looking forward, GENE will have support around $4 per share so look for buyers to potentially step in there.
