Art Cashin, Director of Floor Operations with UBS came on CNBC this morning, 11/10/08 and gave some comments and thoughts on the market.
This rally today is on the China Stimulus package, China is a big driving force in the global economy, commodities are also rising because of this package.
Friday's rally was asset swapping, people are selling treasuries and buying stocks, hoping for a long term play.
The job losses are not over.
