Is Moderna (MRNA) Stock a Scam?

Is Moderna (MRNA) stock a scam?  Serious question!  While they have been releasing positive Covid-19 vaccine data over the past few months, company insiders have been dumping stock as fast as they can.  Here is a look at the insider sales below:

July 2020 - Over 40 insider sales amounting to over 200,000 shares sold
June 2020 - Over 40 insider sales amounting to over 200,000 shares sold
Largest Insider Block Sale - Lori Henderson sold 64,000 shares at $63.03 for 4.03 million on June 18, 2020.

This is only two months!  Moderna (MRNA) insiders have been selling large amounts of stock all year.  At the very least, it is a major red flag and the SEC should investigate!
