The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 17410 on 6/28/16, as the stock market exploded back up on Tuesday. After being cautious around 2100 on the S&P 500 since April, I turned bullish Monday morning at 1998 due to the drop. UDOW, TNA, SPXL are the best ETF's to buy when the market is crashing. Keep an eye on earnings from Nike (NKE) tonight. We will be watching that stock closely in the stock picks group.
