The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16516 on 1/12/16, as the stock market rebounded into the close for the second straight day. The stock market rallied in the morning, tanked in the afternoon with oil, and then jumped into the close. Wall St. has been pricing in a recession as oil continues to crash.
