The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 17128 on 12/18/15, as the stock market continues to drop after a big rally. The S&P 500 rallied from 1993-2080 this week so a pullback is easy to stomach. All major pullbacks from here are a strong buy because the Fed finally raised rates so the uncertainty cloud has lifted. Check out my updated list of Solar Stocks 2016.
