The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16201 on 9/24/15, as the stock market tanked in the morning but rallied back in the afternoon. The stock market continues it's sideways action on low volume because Wall St. doesn't know exactly what to do next. The Fed gave us more uncertainty by not raising interest rates.
