The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 17427 on 1/14/15, as the stock market tanked for no reason. Oil rebounded but the stock market stayed down so you can no longer blame the weak stock market on oil. Blackberry (BBRY) surged on Samsung takeover chatter. The stock popped 27%.
