The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16493 on 8/1/14, as the stock market dropped again. The jobs report came in a little light but the selling has carried over from yesterday's big down day. We haven't had a major sell-off in awhile so look to buy big if the S&P 500 trades down to 1860-1900. Twitter (TWTR) was weak today but investors tend to sell riskier stocks during a decline. The company posted outstanding earnings and guidance earlier this week. On Monday, keep an eye on earnings from KORS. We will be watching this stock closely in the stock picks group.
