The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 17068 on 7/3/14, as the stock market popped on the better than expected jobs report. The U.S added 288,000 jobs last month which was much better than expected. The economy is doing great and the Dow Jones closed above 17,000 for the first time ever.
