Baidu (BIDU) - Baidu (BIDU) reported a strong earnings report Thursday night and the stock rallied 5%.

Facebook (FB) - Facebook (FB) was volatile on Thursday after reporting strong earnings.  Watch for more wild swings on Friday.

GW Pharmaceuticals plc (GWPH) - GW Pharmaceuticals plc (GWPH) exploded on Thursday morning but pulled back into the close.  GWPH was given a $103 price target by Morgan Stanley this week.

Twitter (TWTR) - Shares of Twitter (TWTR) were up Wednesday after solid earnings from Facebook.  TWTR will have resistance located at $47.09.

Cesca Therapeutics Inc. (KOOL) - Cesca Therapeutics Inc. (KOOL) was a strong performer on Thursday after Maxim gave the stock a $7 price target.  Resistance is located at $2.28.

Magnegas Corporation (MNGA) - MNGA is now one of the top penny stocks in 2014.  Resistance is located at $1.59.

Earnings April 25, 2014 - In the stock picks group, we will be watching key earnings on Friday. Ford (F) will be releasing a critical earnings report.  If I like what I see, I will be buying for sure.
