The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16441 on 1/2/14, as stock market opened 2014 lower. We've only seen this happen a few times over the last 6 years but regardless, I'm expecting stocks to outperform in 2014. Twitter (TWTR) opened 2014 with a bang, up 5%. Keep an eye on earnings from MU on 1/7/14. We will be watching this stock closely in the stock picks group.
