The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 13096 on 12/27/12, as the stock market was volatile due to the fiscal cliff. Earlier in the day, Senator Reid said he doesn't see how the US avoids the fiscal cliff. Then late in the day, Bloomberg reported that the House of Representatives will meet Sunday night. Shares of Apple (AAPL) dropped below $505 and then rallied back through the high of the day.
