The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 11143 on 8/11/11, as the stock market rallied over 500 points at one point on Thursday. Initial Jobless Claims improved which is bullish so as long as we hold 1100 on the S&P 500, we should be good here. If 1100 fails, you will see the ultimate panic selling event with major volatility. This could take us down between 1000-1040 but a bounce. I have been selling the stock I bought over the past three days into this rally and am positioning for more downside to come. If we don't drop anymore, I will have my original long positions to ride higher.
