Is the stock market open on Christmas Eve Friday? No, Wall Street is closed today! The Stock Market, which includes the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, S&P 500, and Bond Market will be closed on 12/25/10 for Christmas which is a National Holiday. Most Post Offices & Banks will be open Christmas Eve but closed on Christmas .

The Stock Market will reopen on 12/27/10 and resume trading at 8am for pre market.

12/25/10 - December 25, 2010 - Closed - Christmas

12/27/10 - December 27, 2010 - Open - Regular Hours

12/31/10 - December 31, 2010 - Open - Regular Hours - New Years Eve

Banks - Post Offices

Banks & Post Offices will be closed for Christmas but will be open for Christmas Eve. They will be open New Years Eve but closed for New Years.
