Stocks to Watch - 7/7/10 - Stock Market Investing Ideas

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS had a bounce on Monday but failed around that $19.46 area. At this point, I think we need to see a close above $19.60 and then I think we will see a retest of $21-$22. Support for FAS is located at $18, a break below this level would be bearish.

Power-One Inc. (PWER) - Shares of Power-One Inc. were on fire Monday after the company redemed some of their senior notes. Resistance is located at $8 as well as $8.45 & $8.98. Earnings are due out in a few weeks.

Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - Shares of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. continue to trade below $1.00. Resistance is located at $1.00 and if I see Ambac break above this level, I will buy for a quick trade. If you want to try and get ahead of this trade, resistance is located at $0.87.

Stocks to Watch for Daytrading - Broadwind Energy, Inc. (BWEN) - Power-One Inc. (PWER) - InfoLogix, Inc. (IFLG) - Allied Irish Banks plc (AIB) - Bank of Ireland (IRE) - Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - DryShips, Inc. (DRYS)

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) - Shares of Bank of America Corp. rallied on Monday back above the $14 level. I am still watching the $14.35 high from Thursday. When Bank of America Corp closes above this level, I feel it can rebound nicely.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - Shares of American Intl Group, Inc. continue to have resistance located at $35 as well as $37. I'd be trading FAS instead of AIG right now.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) - Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. appear to have hit a temp bottom at $20.93. This is where I'd be placing my stop loss order. On the upside, I wouldn't be surprised if Cisco Systems returned back above the 10 day moving average located at $22.

Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) - Shares of Sirius XM Radio hit $0.90 last week and then bounced nicely. Sirius XM Radio will now have resistance between $1.00-$1.05 going forward. Earnings will be the next major catalyst.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) - Shares of Baidu, Inc. held $65 last week which is bullish but now have resistance located at $70. If Baidu were to break below $65, we could see an additional dip between $60-$62 which would be a solid buy for a trade. I would be a seller of any rally near $75 or above.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research in Motion Ltd. are still getting crushed after a worse then expected earnings report. However, below $50, Research in Motion stock is a great buyout target for a company like Microsoft. With Apple Inc dropping $30 over the past few weeks, Apple is actually the better buy right now.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - Shares of Advanced Micro Devices broke $7.10 on Friday and is on pace to hit my $6.50 target. I would also be a buyer of AMD when it breaks back above $7.53.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. continue the bearish downtrend. Right now, I'd be avoiding Cell Therapeutics until it breaks above $0.55. CTIC will have resistance located at $0.55 and $0.70.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.35 - Resistance = $0.53

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.30 - Resistance $0.45
