The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10321 on 2/25/10, as the stock market dropped in early trading but then rallied back at the end of the day. The Dow Jones fell around 170 points after initial jobless claims disappointed Wall Street with a 496,000 reading. After bouncing back slightly, the stock market rallied in the afternoon on Apple Inc's (AAPL) investor meeting where there was a rumor that Apple would split it's stock by 4/1. These rumors appear to be false but this didn't stop AAPL from rallying from $198-$202. This was the main reason for the stock market rally during the afternoon.

Tomorrow we will get a 2nd look at 4th quarter GDP. I am expecting follow through buying to occur.
