The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10725 on 1/19/10, as the stock market soared as it appears the health care bill could hit a road bump. Republican Scott Brown is winning the Massachusetts Senate seat in the polls right now. A win would cause an additional rally in the stock market this week.

We also had an earnings report out of Citigroup that wasn't as bad as expected. IBM reports tonight followed by BAC, WFC, and MS tomorrow morning.
