Citigroup continues to close under the 10 day moving average, a level I am watching very closely. I have a small long position right now but will be adding when Citigroup closes back over the 10 day. I also like pullbacks to $4.48-$4.50 if we get them. Citigroup is trading sideways after going up 100% in one month. When Citigroup closes back over $5 again, the uptrend will continue.
