American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - Shares of American Intl Group, Inc. broke out after earnings on Friday. The next major resistance level for AIG is $44.36 followed by $45.90. Pullbacks below $38 are a buy right now.

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) - Shares of Goldman Sachs Group held up well despite a bad stock market on Friday. Goldman Sachs has resistance located at $160 so expect some selling there. Pullbacks below $148 are a buy.

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) - Shares of Bank of America Corp. broke back down through $14 on Friday. Bank of America Corp. has resistance located at $14.65 as well as $14.85 which is the 50 day moving average. Pullbacks below $13.50 are a buy for the long term.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS fell again on Friday after a bad jobs report. With the financials getting hammered, I'd be looking to start buying FAS again below $20.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) - Shares of Baidu, Inc. were up on Friday depsite a horrible stock market. This type of action is very bullish and tell us that a higher price should be on the way. Baidu has resistance located at $90 and support located at $78.

Stocks to Watch for Daytrading - Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Samson Oil & Gas Limited (SSN) - Bank of Ireland (IRE) - DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - Allied Irish Banks plc (AIB) - Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SOMX) -

Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - Shares of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. fell on Friday ahead of earnings due out Monday morning. If Ambac breaks $1.00 after earnings, I will jump back in for a trade.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Shares of YRC Worldwide Inc. appear to have formed a base around $0.27 support. YRCW Worldwide reported better than expected earnings on Tuesday but questions remain as to whether the company can survive. After $0.27, the next support level is located at $0.24. Resistance is now located at $0.29.

Dendreon Corp. (DNDN) - Shares of Dendreon Corp. failed at $40 last week. If we see a pullback below $35, I'd re enter Dendreon for the long term. A close above $40 would be very bullish.

Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) - Shares of Sirius XM Radio are now starting to form a base above $1.00. The next major resistance level for Sirius XM Radio is located at $1.10. Pullbacks to $0.90 are a buy. SIRI reported better than expected earnings on Wednesday.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) - Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. failed at the 200 day moving average last week located at $24.27. If Cisco Systems can close above this level and stay above it, I think the next move will be to $25-$26. If not, look to buy the stock again below $23.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - Shares of Advanced Micro Devices are back above $7.50 but barely. The stock is in a major downtrend as well. I'd be a buyer of Advanced Micro Devices if the stock would fall to $6.50.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research in Motion Ltd continue to drop as negative middle east news is effecting the stock. United Arab Emirates wants to ban all blackberry devices. I'd be a buyer of Research in Motion below $50 for the long term.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. continue the bearish downtrend. Right now, I'd be avoiding Cell Therapeutics until it breaks above $0.55. CTIC will have resistance located at $0.55 and $0.70.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) Support & Resistance Levels - 8/6/10

Resistance Levels: $266, $279

Support Levels: $250, $240

Apple Inc. (AAPL) failed the 10 day moving average on Friday afternoon and is now bouncing off the 50 day moving average located at $258.35. Apple Inc has support all the way down at $250 so if the stock closes below the 50 day, I am looking for a retest of $250. If $250 would fail, Apple has bullet proof support down at $240. On the upside, Apple continues to have major resistance located at $266. As soon as Apple breaks above this level, I think we will see a new 52 week high.

Stocks to Watch - 8/6/10 - Stock Market Investing Ideas

Hauppauge Digital Inc. (HAUP) - Hauppauge Digital Inc. stock was the bright spot on Thursday after the company says their video recorder supports windows. I will be watching HAUP on Friday and if the stock breaks $2.87, I will be back for a trade.

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) - Shares of Goldman Sachs Group continue to break out after spiking above $152 earlier in the week. Goldman Sachs has resistance located at $160 so expect some selling there. Pullbacks below $148 are a buy.

Dendreon Corp. (DNDN) - Shares of Dendreon Corp. pulled back on Thursday after hitting resistance located at $40. If we see a pullback below $35, I'd re enter Dendreon for the long term. A close above $40 would be very bullish.

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) - Shares of Bank of America Corp. are testing $14 support again. Bank of America Corp. has resistance located at $14.65 as well as $14.88 which is the 50 day moving average. Pullbacks below $13.50 are a buy.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is starting to make lower lows after failing at $24 this past week. I am looking to add FAS to my portfolio below $20 if we see another correction.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) - Shares of Baidu, Inc. failed to make a new 52 week high on Thursday which could signal the amazing run is soon over. Baidu has resistance located at $90 and support located at $78.

Stocks to Watch for Daytrading - Hauppauge Digital Inc. (HAUP) - Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Samson Oil & Gas Limited (SSN) - Bank of Ireland (IRE) - DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - Allied Irish Banks plc (AIB) - Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SOMX) - Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. (FSYS)

Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - Shares of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. broke up through $0.87 Wednesday afternoon and then hit $0.97 Thursday morning. Ambac then failed at $1.00 and is now pulling back. If Ambac breaks $1.00 in the next two trading sessions, I will jump back in for a trade.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Shares of YRC Worldwide Inc. continue to get hammered after earnings. The stock has support located at $0.27 and then $0.24. At this point, I'd be avoiding YRC Worldwide because it appears a lot of people bought above $0.40 when they should have been selling. This will pressure the stock for days and weeks ahead.

Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) - Shares of Sirius XM Radio are now starting to form a base above $1.00. The next major resistance level for Sirius XM Radio is located at $1.10. Pullbacks to $0.90 are a buy. SIRI reported better than expected earnings on Wednesday.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - Shares of American Intl Group, Inc. are back above $40 again and are still high on my watchlist. AIG acted well above $40 pretty much all week and the stock could be ready to make another leg higher. Pullbacks below $38 are a buy.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) - Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. are rising back to the 200 day moving average located at $24.27. If Cisco Systems can close above this level and stay above it, I think the next move will be to $25-$26.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - Shares of Advanced Micro Devices are back above $7.50 but barely. The stock is in a major downtrend as well. I'd be a buyer of Advanced Micro Devices if the stock would fall to $6.50.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research in Motion Ltd continue to drop as negative middle east news is effecting the stock. United Arab Emirates wants to ban all blackberry devices. I'd be a buyer of Research in Motion below $50 for the long term.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. continue the bearish downtrend. Right now, I'd be avoiding Cell Therapeutics until it breaks above $0.55. CTIC will have resistance located at $0.55 and $0.70.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) Support & Resistance Levels - 8/6/10

Resistance Levels: $266, $279

Support Levels: $250, $240

Apple Inc. (AAPL) continues to bounce off the 10 day moving average and hover around $260. Apple Inc still has resistance located at $266 but then nothing until around $279. Apple remains a strong buy around $240 per share. The 10 day moving average recently broke up through the 50 day moving average and this is a buy signal. I still expect Apple to hit $300 by the end of 2010. When Apple breaks out, so will the stock market.
