Bank of America did not close at $16.28....it closed at $16.19. There must have been a glitch during the S&P rebalancing on Friday. Nevertheless, BAC had a monster reversal from the pre market lows to close near the highs. I plan to buy when the stock closes back over the 50 day moving average which will be around $16.24 on Monday. I would also be buying on a break above $16.74. BAC held $15.70 atleast three times on Friday, under $16 also seems like a great area to buy for a trade. Stop out under $15.70.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation paid back tarp and raised money through a stock offering at $15 per share. The stock surged at the open, pulled back to $15.70-$15.75 support, and then tested the 50 day moving average currently located at $16.27. BAC hasn't closed above the 50 day moving average for 35 trading sessions so once this changes, you will see some technical buying come back into the stock. You will also see the bearish shorts start to cover on any pullbacks. Resistance = $16.27 & $16.74.

Synovus Financial Corp. (SNV) - SNV was upgraded to market perform at FBR Capital on Friday. With the 50 day moving average located all the way up at $2.66, this stock has a lot room to run if enough buyers come in. Keep an eye on SNV next week!

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - SEED tested the 10 day moving average over the past two days and so far it has held and produced a nice rally on Friday. The uptrend is still intact. $11.00 is now the new support level for the stock.....I would be avoiding the stock on a close below $11. Resistance is located at $12.67 & $13.30.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS is back under the 50 day moving average which the stock never closed over on Thursday. A lot of stocks are struggling with their 50 day moving average it seems. As soon as LVS closes above $16.48, I'd be a buyer.

Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SOMX) - SOMX is seeking FDA Approval for their insomnia drug early next week. Expect the decision to move the stock in a big way.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS ran up to $76.33 on Friday but then tanked to $72. I am looking for get back into FAS on a dip below $70 but would get aggressive near the $65 level.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG closed back above $30 on Friday. At this point, I only like the stock right now if it breaks above $33. I would then go long the stock. Support on the downside is located at $29.32 as well as $28.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD has been on fire over the past week and hit a fresh 52 week high on Friday. $8.25 is now resistance on the upside, a break above that level would be bullish. Support is between $7.50 - $7.65, a close below $7.50 would get me to think about taking a short position for a trade.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS is still struggling after a big upgrade on Thursday. Resistance continues to be located around $6.50. A close over this level would be bullish and I'd expect a retest of $7.00 to follow.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM still in the downtrend, I plan to buy more when the stock breaks above $61.49. Earnings are due out December 17th.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT) - POT pulled back Friday after a strong US Dollar hit commodity related stocks. The good is that POT held $115 which is a significant support level. If POT would close below $115, I'd put in a buy order for $108.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.98 - Resistance = $1.11

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.88 - Resistance $0.99

General Electric Co. (GE) continues to hold the 10 & 50 day moving averages which is very bullish. I expect the stock to test the $16.87 level next week. A close over this level would be bullish and I'd expect the stock to run to new highs. Support is located at $16 as well as $15.75. If GE would close below $15.75 at any time, all bets are off. I expect GE to hit $22 sometime during 2010.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) crashed below the $195 support level on Friday on heavy volume. Also, the stock has not closed below the 50 day moving average since March 2009. While this is reason for concern, it does not always mean more selling pressure. It could simply mean that AAPL could trade more of a sideways pattern. The next major support level to watch is located around $185. As for now, I would not be buying the stock unless it closed above $195.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc ( CTIC ) surged up to $1.21 resistance last week which is very bullish. On Monday, I will be watching to see if CTIC can break and hold $1.21 on a closing basis. If CTIC can break $1.21 during the trading day, I will jump in for a trade. If CTIC closes over $1.21, I will hold overnight. The volume should pick up on the break out. Personal Target - $1.40-$1.50

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10388 on 12/4/09, as the stock market went on a roller coaster ride on a positive employment report. The Dow Jones Futures surged in pre market when we found out that the US only lost 11,000 jobs in the month of November in addition to positive revisions to the prior months. The unemployment rate fell to 10%. This news caused the stock market averages as well as the US Dollar to both surge. We also saw money come out of Gold as the metal fell over $60.

After it appeared the stock market could be up huge with the US Dollar, the Dollar began to build steadily on It's gains throughout the trading day. The stock market then began to tank! The Dollar basically went from $75.20 to $75.85 which was bearish for stocks and gold.

The dollar seems to be moving higher due to short covering and the fact that positive job growth could spur the Fed to raise interest rates sooner then expected. As you can see, there are a lot of moving parts in the stock market right now. Next week will be light on economic data so I'd expect the volume to be light. I am watching 1120-1130 on the S&P 500, if we can closes above 1130, we will begin the next leg higher.

As for the jobs, I am expecting us to actually create new jobs this month but the jury is still out for the first three months of 2010.
