The BDI data is critical for how the DryBulk Shipping Stocks such as DryShips Inc ( DRYS ), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd( EXM ), Diana Shipping Inc ( DSX ), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited ( GNK ), TBS International Limited ( TBSI ), Navios Maritime ( NM ), Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. ( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. As you probably know, the Dry Bulk Shipping index can tell you a lot about the state of the World Economy. When Bulk Shipping Rates are at all time highs, the World Economy is outstanding. It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 11/18/09 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.237% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.269%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.178%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, November 18, 2009. The 1 month & overnight libor rates stayed the same while the 3 month libor rate dropped.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - NLST continues to offer nice trading opportunities but the stock was testing $5.00-$5.10 support Tuesday afternoon. Resistance is now located between $6-$6.09. If NLST breaks down below $5 again, there is virtually no support until $4.47 as well as $4.00. If NLST can trade back up above $6, the day traders will be rushing back in.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS is having a hard time staying and closing above $7.00. I continue to like this stock going into 2010. Resistance is located at $7.50 & 8.00.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Research in Motion broke up through It's high of the day at $61.25 Tuesday morning. Resistance is located at $62.35 and Support is at $61.25 & $60.65.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT) - POT broke above the October high of $105.66 on Tuesday which is very bullish. The next major resistance level to watch out for is located at $113.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG broke down below $36 on Tuesday which is bearish. I will be avoiding this stock unless it closes back over the 50 day moving average located at $40.45.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is now trapped between the 50 day moving average ( $80.24 ) and the 10 day moving average ( $75.76 ). I feel a big move one way or the other is coming. A close above the 50 day would be bullish, a close below the 10 day would be bearish. Right now I am watching from the sidelines.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation is back trading below $16 after bearish comments from Meredith Whitney hit the stock Monday

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.10 - Resistance = $1.27, $1.35

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.00 - Resistance $1.20
