It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 11/17/09 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.237% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.270%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.178%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, November 17, 2009. The 1 & 3 month libor rates dropped while the overnight libor rate dropped.

Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) failed at $4.28 Monday and closed at It's low of the day after Meredith Whitney came out with bearish comments on the banks late in the trading day. $4.28 was the high last Wednesday and is a resistance level that needs to be broken to resume this current uptrend. Another key resistance level continues to be located at the 50 day moving average ( $4.43). As soon as Citigroup closes over both of these levels, I believe the stock will have another shot at retesting $5.00. For more Technical Analysis - Go Here

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10407 on 11/16/09, as the stock market popped after Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke hinted that rates will remain low for sometime to come. The Dow Jones Futures began the day higher by 65 as foreign markets surged overnight. The stock market increased It's gains after Ben Bernanke said in a speech that there weren't any current bubbles in various asset classes ( stocks market, Gold, ect ). The Dow Jones then began add on to the gains and was up 145 at one point. In the final hour of trading, stocks came off their highs as Meredith Whitney came on CNBC and said that she would be a seller of stocks all across the board. She said that she hasn't been this bearish in over a year.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - NLST skyrocketed again Monday after the company released more news. Volume continues to surge on each spike. Short term support is located at $6 as well as $5.10. This stock is extremely overbought so keep tight stop loss orders if you are trading this. After $6.87-$7.00, there really isn't any major resistance until about $8.00.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - The baltic dry index has been up for 12 straight trading sessions. A close over $7 would be very bullish for DRYS. The next major resistance level is located at $7.50.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM had a bad day Monday with the stock market indexes up huge. As long as the stock continues to trade below all three major moving averages, the stock is vulnerable. The 10 day moving average of $61.10 must continue to hold on a closing basis.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - I haven't been trading AIG lately because the stock trades below the 50 day moving average at $40.45. As soon as AIG closes back over this level, I will buy the stock. Until then, support is located at $36 as well as $33.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is trading at the $80 resistance level. The next major resistance level for FAS is located at $82.79. I would be a buyer of FAZ if FAS broke $78.05.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation traded back above $16 on Monday. BAC will move again when it breaks above $16.62 which was the high from last week.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC continues to trade under $1.00, I would be a buyer on a break up through $1.21.

Ford Motor Co. (F) - Shares of Ford Motor Company had a nice day Monday. I would love another chance to buy this stock under $8 so if this happens, I will be pulling the trigger.

CEL-SCI Corp. (CVM) - Support = $1.20 - Resistance = $1.50, $1.60

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.10 - Resistance = $1.27, $1.35

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.00 - Resistance $1.20
