I am still using the 30-minute chart on 21vianet Group, Inc (VNET) since it has only been trading for seven days. You can see today it made its first higher high today as it broke through 16.42 resistance and even continued on to break the 16.78 level. It could not hold the 16.78 level so that will not be resistance with 16.42 as support. If this uptrend can continue resistance will be next at 17.17 then 17.84.
