It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 1/5/10 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.233% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.253%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.175%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, January 5, 2010. While the 1 month libor rate stayed the same, the 3 month libor dropped and the overnight libor rate went up.
