Citigroup ( C ) stock is halted this morning for news pending. The stock last traded at $3.42 and it could have something to do with the proxy news released earlier or it will be an additional press release.

Ok....Citigroup is opening back up at $3.20....it was from the above news. Also, CEO Pandit wants to do a 10 million renovation to his office.....this should be interesting!!
